All orders are subject to acceptance by Cauvery Ceramics. Prices are as quoted and exclude applicable taxes and shipping, which are calculated based on distance and product tonnage. Payment must be made via approved modes before order processing. No returns or refunds except for damages or defects reported within same day of delivery. Shipping charges are extra and non-refundable. Delivery timelines depend on location and logistics. By placing an order, customers agree to these terms.
